Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital products

Because digital products can be copied once downloaded, refunds are generally available only before a product has been downloaded, or if the product does not work as described and we cannot fix the issue. Statutory cancellation rights under Israeli consumer protection law apply where relevant.

When a refund is issued, the license and download access for that order are revoked.

Services

Cancellation terms for DJ bookings and mixing/mastering projects are set in each individual agreement.
