About these terms

These terms govern use of this website and purchases of digital products and services from Elkana Paz ("we").

Digital products

Products are licensed, not sold. After payment is verified you receive personal download access. Each purchase includes a limited number of downloads; contact support if you need more.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Israeli shekels (ILS) or US dollars (USD) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by our payment provider on its secure page. We never see or store your card details.

Services

DJ, mixing and mastering services are agreed individually. Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking or confirm availability or price.

Liability

Products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
